GeoScope

IP address to location

GeoScope is a free, open-source Java toolkit to find the location of IP addresses. It will locate any IP address – usually with very high accuracy.

The current version is 0.8. It includes full documentation (please download the release for more documentation formats). If you would like to program location-sensitive applications, please download this version (including the latest geodata and the latest registry data) and test it.
